Senior Business Systems Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Quality Management

HERO Recruitment is delighted to partner with our leading regulated manufacturing client in Mayo to recruit a Senior Business Systems Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to take a strategic, high-visibility role at the heart of a global digital transformation programme.

The Role

Reporting to the Manufacturing Systems & Digital Operations Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and IT stakeholders, and serve as Application Owner for Quality and Batch Management applications. You will analyse, design and deliver business process improvements and SAP-enabled solutions, driving standardisation, system optimisation and integration across SAP S/4HANA and connected manufacturing systems. You will work with global teams across multiple regions and time zones, with travel of up to 20% across Europe and North America to support deployments, workshops, implementations and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation, upgrade and enhancement projects across Quality and Batch Management
• Lead requirements gathering, process design workshops and business process improvement initiatives
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities for standardisation and optimisation
• Provide functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA QM and Batch Management, supporting integration with MM, PP, EWM and SD
• Collaborate with external vendors, consultants and internal IT teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Support testing, training and change management activities
• Build strong partnerships with global business and IT stakeholders

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Business Analysis, SAP Functional Consulting or a related role
• 5+ years' SAP QM functional experience, including an SAP implementation in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quality management processes in manufacturing operations
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing or supply chain environment is preferred

Desirable

• SAP Quality Management certification
• Experience with MES, SAP-MES integration, EBR, manufacturing traceability and Industry 4.0 concepts
• Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP environments
• Exposure to SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI
